When emailing about a specific issue, please include:
- Your registered email address (so we can find your account).
- iOS or Android, the device model, and the OS version.
- The Vello app version (in Settings).
- What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Me → Settings → Delete account & all data. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
How do I export my data?
In the app: Me → Settings → Download my data (JSON). You get a JSON bundle of your full profile, care chats, events, wearable data and labs — the complete UK GDPR Article 20 (right to data portability) and Article 15 (right of access) set. If you'd rather we email it instead, contact support@sentium.app and we'll deliver within 30 days.

Email us with any clues you have (approximate sign-up date, the OTP email subject line, etc.) and we'll help.
Care AI gave me something concerning — is it accurate?
Care AI outputs are educational, not diagnostic. Bring them to your GP or specialist as discussion prompts. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 (UK), 911 (US), or 112 (EU).
Why won't the app sync my Apple Watch / Fitbit / Oura?
Wearable integration is being polished and isn't generally available in this release. We'll announce in-app when it ships.
Push notifications aren't arriving
On the simulator, push doesn't work — Apple only delivers pushes to physical devices. On device, check Settings → Notifications → Vello is enabled.
Reporting a security issue
If you've discovered a vulnerability, please email support@sentium.app rather than posting publicly. We'll acknowledge within 48 hours and work with you on disclosure timing.
